Welcome to the Purbeck Art Week website - a celebration of the wealth of creative talent crammed into this small part of Dorset.
You will find painters, sculptors, glass makers, photographers, potters and more who took part in 2009 either in their own studios or in the comprehensive exhibition at Rollington Barn.
For the first time we added performance to the visual and plastic arts, with film, music, lectures and poetry.
Purbeck Art Week is over for 2009 but this site will keep you up to date with developments in the run-up to 2010, when we will again have a strong presence as part of Dorset Art Week. Provisional dates are 29th May to 13th June 2010.
